Richard Huang is the head of the International Affairs Department in the Xiamen Office, providing patent and trademark consulting and training services to domestic and foreign customers. He has abundant experices in representing clients applying for various IP rights in foreign countries, particularly for patents and trademarks.

And he has worked in large enterprises such as TPK and XTC, responsible for the construction management of the company's intellectual property system. Benefit from the previous practices, he could professionally advise clients on building up and maintaining IPR portfolios, developing IPR protection strategies and handling the infringement litigation.

Over the 10 years, Mr. Huang has worked with the colleagues over thousands of IP enforcement cases for the clients, winning many landmark cases and advanced clients' interests.
