Intellectual Property Standards
Outline
"Implementation of IP standards" for enterprises is to implement the national standards of "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standards". The specification of national standards for "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standards" are formulated by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), approved and promulgated by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the P.R.C, and the Standardization Administration of the P.R.C., and implemented on March 1, 2013. The standard number is GB/T 29490-2013.
Function
1. Improve the intellectual property management of enterprises;
2. Facilitate enterprises to produce new products and/or technologies with high value-added independent intellectual property rights;
3. Enhance the value of intangible assets;
4. Consolidate the market position of the enterprise;
5. Act as an important reference for the establishment of science and technology projects and high-tech enterprises; it acts as a requirement for the Xiamen Intellectual Property Pilot Scheme, Model Enterprises and Fujian Province Advantageous Enterprises, National Intellectual Property Model and Advantageous Enterprises.
Requirements
1. Establishing the systematic documents that meet the requirements of the Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standard;
2. The Intellectual Property Management System has been established and in operation for more than three months according to the Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standard;
3. Completion of the internal audit and management review.
