Privacy Policy

What this site collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it—in plain language.

What we collect

  • What you send us. Emails, inquiries and any documents you choose to provide—used to answer your questions.
  • Live chat. If you use the chat window, the conversation and any contact details you enter are stored so that our team can follow up. The chat is AI-assisted, and it tells you so.
  • Subscriptions. If you subscribe to legal updates, we store your email address and the time you confirmed the subscription.
  • Server logs. Routine technical logs (IP address, pages visited), used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To reply to you, run conflict-of-interest checks, handle the matters you entrust to us, and send the updates you have chosen to subscribe to. That is all. We do not serve advertising, we do not sell or rent your information, and this site loads no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Visitor statistics are collected with an open-source tool (Umami) hosted on our own server; it records only anonymous, aggregated page views, sets no cookies, does not identify individuals and sends nothing to any third party.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies (our self-hosted analytics uses no cookies either). The chat feature stores a local identifier in your browser so that a conversation can continue across visits; clearing your browser storage removes it.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on servers we operate ourselves. Inquiry and chat records are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter concerned; subscription email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe—every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your chat or inquiry records at any time, and you can unsubscribe from updates at any time. Email mail@intenova.cn and we will confirm once it is done.

Third parties

Subscription emails are delivered through an email delivery provider, which processes recipient addresses solely to deliver our emails. No other third party receives your information unless the law requires it.
